While we hope that you will not need to return anything however should you need to we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible to repair, replace, exchange or refund your purchase. This page tells you all you need to know, please note your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

You are able to return any goods within 30 days from the original purchase date, and for any reason. Returns must be made within 30 days of Delivery and product must be in original packaging with all manuals and instructions. Commercial returns may be subject to re-stocking fees of up to 20% as set out in our terms. If you have bought a product for personal (and not business) use, and it turns out to be faulty, your statutory rights will not be affected and we will refund, repair or replace the product in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You will be responsible for arranging return transportation for any unwanted items. Please arrange a suitable courier for the items weight and dimensions and place on a signed for delivery service with sufficient transit insurance as you are responsible for all items until they are received as you retain responsibility up until the products arrive with us and are inspected and deemed in ‘as sold’ condition.

Currently, we do not directly supply all spare parts for every product that we sell. Those that we do stock can be shipped on a next day basis in the event of a missing or faulty part.  If you have installed your products, discovered or encountered a fault and are not easily able to remove or return, our standard returns procedure might not be the ideal solution for you. We sim to deliver everything to you complete and in tact. It is important to rectify problems as soon as possible so goods must be inspected on delivery and any defect, incorrect or short delivery must be notified to us within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Failure to report in a timely manner may result in us unable to accept responsibility.

Once we receive notice your notice we will take necessary steps to replace, repair or otherwise refund your purchase. Where collection is necessary we will arrange transport under condition that you will prepare the product for collection.

If an item is faulty and you purchased it more than 30 days ago, and within the first year since delivery, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to either a repair or replacement, or we may offer a refund or price reduction at our discretion.

Some goods are unable to be returned as unwanted, these include:

  • Discontinued products.
  • Products that are customised.
  • Products that are used beyond 12 months.
  • Products that are unsuitable for return to stock and resale as new.
